Due to the delicate nature of live plants, we provide a specialized 5-day notification window for any health concerns upon arrival.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email within the eligible return period, providing your order number and clear photographs of the items in question.
- 2.Approval and Documentation
Our horticultural specialists will review your claim and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for eligible non-plant items.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 7-10 business days.
