A striking warm-growing hybrid of Bulb. echinolabium × Bulb. carunculatum, inheriting the dramatically elongated, arching lateral sepals and prominent dark labelo of its parents. The flowers are large and architecturally bold, with strongly veined petals and an upright dorsal sepal tapering to a fine point.

• Light: Bright indirect light with 40–50% shade cloth; avoid harsh midday sun to protect the foliage.
• Temperature: 65–85°F (18–29°C); a warm grower with a minimum tolerance around 60°F (15°C).
• Humidity: 70–85%; maintain high ambient humidity with good air circulation to prevent fungal issues.
• Watering: Water thoroughly and allow the mix to approach dryness between waterings; avoid prolonged saturation at the roots.

Best grown in a well-draining bark-based mix or mounted on cork with sphagnum. Ships bare root, well established.
